Once your order is placed, it is reserved for our next printing batch. Our production and delivery process takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date the batch is sent to the printer.
Because our books are custom-crafted, we group orders into production batches to ensure premium quality. Our batch orders close on the 30th of every month. Your book will enter the production run following the batch closing date, and we will notify you as soon as it is on its way!
Yes, we do! We offer nationwide delivery for a flat rate of R99. Your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

We prioritize quality. Our books are printed on premium 150gsm paper and are available in both softcover and durable hardcover with professional PUR binding to ensure they last for years of bedtime reading.
As every book is uniquely personalized for your child, we do not offer general returns or refunds. However, if there is an error in your book, please send us an image of the mistake. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, we will correct and replace your book at no extra charge.
